Yes, I'm talking about Chowking... This is crappy but eniweiz...

There's this guy who's working there see, and I kinda like him because he somehow resemble a singer I have a crush on. I especially love his chinito eyes and lanky body. Anyhow, the story goes like this, I've been eating there, often times I should say, and I think it's kind of obvious, I suppose.

This night, I kind of ordered something for a friend and he was beside the cashier. The cashier person told me to wait since it's not that long to serve "chicharap." Nasamid ako and then he looked at me as I looked at him and he raised his eyebrows (the way Filipinos raise their eyebrows to acknowledge someone) and I thinked I panicked at namula ako!

That's just it, I think I can never go back to that place... haha

Eniweiz, it's February! Wala lang, it's just February...

I kind of made a habit (well, twice pa lang naman) of posting song lyrics. These are songs I kind of like as of the moment and with this one, I would say, "NO, I don't like the movie, just the song!"

Wow! What a week!

I've been very busy lately with all the school and extra-curricular work... It seems never ending!

I had my tryouts for debate this week, one last thursday and two last friday... Twas okay, I guess, I'm not expecting to get in but I'm always happy to adjudicate (Tis for IIDC).

Next, I had practice or should I say practices, for a variety show on Friday! Tis part of me being a nominee for my course organization, for chairmanship I should say... I hope I do a good job!

I've had lots of readings, particularly from one professor who thinks students like reading... And reports and exams to prepare for... Damn!

I hope I survive this year and the next (my last, praises!) and also my upcoming on-the-job-training this summer... Wahhhh!

The week just keeps on getting more and more hectic...

First, final preparations for our variety show presentation...

Second, training for the IIDC. I did not get in (as usual). Just gonna adjudicate. I really don't get it, because as far as I know, I'm really good at speaking... I think my problem is lack of matter and I don't really want to solve that problem since I'm so lazy. I just can't devote my time matter-loading. Maybe that's why I'm happy to adjudicate this time. I'm contented.

Third, I just had a movie marathon earlier and that's three gruesome films I have to watch and make a reaction paper about. Funny thing is that your supposed to give a reaction and I think it's B-O-R-I-N-G but I can't write that. I have to lie just to have a good paper. Although I enjoyed some parts of it, I have to admit.

The films were:
1. Opium War - about Chinese struggle to get rid of Opium brought to their country by the british invaders, who took Hong Kong. It was really long, 3 hours I guess. Whew!

2. If These Walls Could Talk 2 - Twas ok, I guess, about Lesbianism and it's three stories rolled into one. I would recommend the first one though, it was really heartwarming.

3. Il Postino - I guess it's Italian since the setting is in Italy, and it's a very simple story about one man's struggle in life. Simple yet heart warming and meaningful.

That's it, I have to start the lies now... Ta ta!

I just have to add that I'm really very happy right now... To nth level of exuberance because I finally got the chance to meet the singer I idolize so much (which I will be referring to as SINGER). It happened last night during the taping of their show. I went there. SINGER was just so nice to me... All I could remember was SINGER's smile, SINGER's eyes... It was bliss... SINGER shook my hand and thanked me while giving me an autograph... then pictures everywhere... I have proven that I was right in choosing SINGER... Just so nice and down-to-earth... That's why SINGER achieved so much now and I think there will be more to come with a person like this one...

Oh and SINGER's companions are nice too...

It's been another week of hardwork and should I say FUN. One of my ultimate dream came true... Our variety performance was done... Just five more weeks before the schoolyear officially ends.

I just had a realization... I'm capabale of loving pala... it's a long story I'll tell next time... I'm really sleepy!

By the way, one of my best friend came to visit us from far, far away... It's really been a while since he was here, and I really miss him! He's leaving on Sunday, but I'm glad I got to see him...

Everyone is so lucky not having a shitty proffesor. imagine, we have a report tomorrow. The thing is, I'm just researching now, and he expects us to have a nice and very substantive report. He keeps on postponing consultations to check on our outlines and everything. When did he checked it? Kanina lang... Bullshit! He's been postponing for two weeks, in that two weeks, maayos na sana report ko! Tapos the highest grade he'll give is a 2 or 1.75 if you're really lucky. Why? Kasi ayaw naming makisali sa mga rally and stuffs and he's an activist... So we have to be satisfied with a two! Grrr!!!

I don't think I can take it anymore... (But I should). Monday was my last post... just shows how busy a college student can be, with schoolworks and extra-curr activites and stuffs! I like the stuffs though... *wink*

I went to a live show last friday and I got all my cds autographed. It's really simple but it's a treasure I'll cherish forever.

I had my adj exam late this afternoon for the 4th IIDC and twas okay. I don't think I did good because I did not have enough time to write everything I wanted to say. And the sample debate, wow! I was kinda starstrucked to see the legends of the debate community with the likes of Arlene, Franco, Bobby and Diane! I thought I'd never see them debate but I did and twas exciting (but I thought the debate was not that good).

I'm expecting the busiest week of my life coming!

The busiest week is almost over! I just have one report, a 750 bucks worth of tickets to sell for an organization's project (well, it'll go naman sa PGH pediatric ward...yes very noble of us!) and the IIDC. Oh and I'm hosting an event for another organization, hay, sacrifices you have to make! (kasi ang daming sinalihan na orgs)

As the song goes... "I'm a survivor, I'm gonna make it..."

Worse part: I'm getting sick with everything that's happening... Wah!

This year's IIDC is almost at its end and I think I did good considering I broke 5th as an adjudicator. Although only one team from our institution broke as a debater, I think we did good and everyone did their very best. Congrats to the UP Manila Debate Circle! We're the best!
